CARDIONET, INC. ANNOUNCES AMICABLE RESOLUTION OF LITIGATION
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA - (Business Wire) - May 15, 2008 - CardioNet, Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAT) announced today that LifeWatch Corp. and CardioNet have entered into a settlement agreement pursuant to which the parties have amicably agreed to resolve the lawsuit between them, with dismissal by both sides of all claims pending in the lawsuit. Terms of the agreement are confidential.
